Refund policy

At SLX Luxe Hair (formerly Sacred Lox Hair) we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our warehouse. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality products possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

From time to time, SLX Luxe Hair, at its sole discretion, may accept return of product(s) or portions of a product(s) with the exception of Wigs, Hair Care Products, Bulk Hair and select Collections under the following conditions.

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of original purchase date. Any return(s) or exchange request after 14 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
  • The product(s) must be sent back to us in order to process the return at the purchaser’s expense. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to both returns and exchanges. Your package please include all item(s) for return and your original invoice.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition. Zip ties and tags must be intact and curl patterns must not be disturbed. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from weft, shampooed or otherwise processed) in any way.
  • Bundle Deals cannot be separated into individual units to be returned; this includes personalized bundle deals that used the $50 off with purchase of three special pricing.

Important Information:

Refunds and exchanges will not be honored if your hair has been cut or altered in any way or if the unit is returned and appears to be worn. This includes but is not limited to: cutting the lace or any part of the wig, cutting the hair, removing original tags, hair has been picked, brushed, washed, cut, dyed (or chemically altered in any way), flat ironed, or otherwise manipulated with any styling tool, including hair dryers. Refunds and exchanges will not be honored if the unit has had hair product, perfume, or any other products applied to the hair including glues, gels, adhesive tapes, and/or sprays. No change in the integrity of the product itself is allowed: refunds or exchanges will not be honored for units with bases that are torn or damaged in any way. This includes damage from sewing needles.
